Vocentry LLC is a Business Associate under HIPAA. We enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with each dental practice client before processing any Protected Health Information (PHI). All PHI is processed and stored on HIPAA-eligible AWS infrastructure covered under our signed AWS BAA.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us deliver our services (AWS, GoHighLevel, Bland.ai, NexHealth), all of whom have signed BAAs with Vocentry. We may also disclose information when required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain call recordings and transcripts for 90 days. Patient contact information is retained for the duration of the client relationship plus 7 years to comply with healthcare record-keeping requirements.

6. SMS Communications

Vocentry sends automated SMS messages on behalf of dental practice clients to their existing patients for appointment reminders, patient reactivation, and follow-up communications. By providing your phone number and opting in through our onboarding form, you consent to receive these messages. Message frequency varies based on appointment activity. No sharing of SMS opt-in data: We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your SMS opt-in information or phone number to any third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS consent information is used solely to send messages related to your Vocentry account and dental practice services.

We use session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain until deleted). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
