These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Vocentry LLC. By signing up for or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Vocentry provides an AI voice receptionist service for dental practices including 24/7 call answering, appointment booking, patient reactivation, appointment reminders, Google review automation, and monthly Revenue Recovery Reports.
We offer a 30-day free trial for new clients. Your credit card will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends your subscription will begin automatically. You may cancel at any time during the trial with no obligation.
Subscriptions are billed monthly with no annual contracts and no cancellation fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Vocentry is a Business Associate under HIPAA. We will provide and execute a BAA with your practice before going live. You agree to use our services in compliance with HIPAA and all applicable healthcare privacy laws.
By using our patient communication features you authorize Vocentry to send SMS messages on your behalf to your patients. You represent that you have obtained all necessary patient consents required by applicable law including TCPA. All messages include STOP opt-out instructions.
SMS Program Description: Vocentry sends automated transactional SMS messages on behalf of dental practices including appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, patient reactivation outreach, and post-visit follow-ups.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on patient appointment activity and practice settings.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age Restriction: Our SMS services are intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older.
Opt-Out: To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at pooya@vocentry.com.

You agree not to use our services to violate any law, send unsolicited messages, transmit false or misleading content, or interfere with our services.
Vocentry's total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate at any time. You may cancel through your account portal or by contacting us. We may terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
